The location of this hotel is perfect, just a short walk from the train station and with easy access to the bus station. It is situated in an area with many tiny winding streets, which is typical of the city. The room is cozy and the bathroom is very nice, with all the necessary products provided. The service is friendly and accommodating. the hotel offers a common kitchen area with refreshments, a coffee maker, and milk in the fridge for guests to enjoy.
One downside is that there is no reception area or staff present at the property, which can be inconvenient if you arrive early or need assistance.

I had a great stay at a hotel in this city. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, near the Santa Lucia train station and easily accessible to the bus station or railway. It was in a busy touristy area, surrounded by many nice restaurants with different dishes. The staff, especially Ms. Laura, was incredibly friendly and helpful.
Nothing all good.

Convenient location, near train station and local amenities. Clean and comfortable rooms, with daily housekeeping. Friendly staff and tasty coffee upon arrival. Great value for money, with a mini fridge and kettle in the room. Peaceful and quiet at night for a good night's sleep.

The room is small but suitable for two travelers. Morning snacks provided in the communal kitchen are a sweet gesture. The location is about a 15-minute walk from the Grand Canal, allowing for the discovery of hidden gems along the way. Being slightly away from the center helps with cost and exploring. Close proximity to the train and bus station is convenient for visiting Murano and Burano.
Felt very cared for, nothing was too much trouble.

From the moment I walked into this hotel, I felt like a VIP. the staff were incredibly welcoming, and even took care of my luggage for me. the room was absolutely luxurious, with exclusive amenities such as a private spa-style bathroom and a comfortable king-sized bed.
My only minor quibble was that the hotel did not have a lift. This made it a bit challenging to get to my room, especially as I had quite a bit of luggage.

The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city during my business trip. the rooms were clean and modern, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. the value for money was excellent, making it a great choice for budget-conscious travelers.
There were a few drawbacks to my experience. the lack of communication with the staff was frustrating, as they spoke very little English.
